Several residential areas will be developed in the Overamstel planning area in the coming years. The municipality of Amsterdam is looking for a party that can develop in the area Weespertrekvaart Midden lot 2 and 3. The programme covers a total of 20,598 m² of BVO, which includes social and medium-term rental housing, free sector, owner-occupied housing, baseboard functions, business spaces with office spaces, hospitality, a neighborhood room and a 24-hour private care facility. Weespertrekvaartbuurt is referred to as the creative district in the area. Nature, including building and energy performance, is also the focus of nature, with design contributing to attractive living for all users, residents and ecology in the area.
