Framework agreement for the provision and installation of a cloud-based software for the conduct of the accounting and the preparation of financial reports and the annual accounts at the level of the provision and at the level of the NPO, as well as the preparation of the consolidation of the annual accounts and reports.

The assignment is divided into 2 lots.

The first lot concerns the purchase of one accounting package for several separate provisions, which offers the possibility to keep multiple accounts and the preparation of reports and annual accounts.

The second lot concerns the purchase of a software for the consolidation of the annual accounts and the reports on all (or: a number of) entities of the NPO (including accounting files of sectors that are not included in lot 1, but are part of the vzw).

Place of service: various locations

The purpose is to conclude a Framework Agreement with one or two parties. The expected start date of the framework agreement is 01/01/2023. It is not possible to indicate in advance at what time which capacity and which specific expertise is required to what extent. That is why it has been decided to tender a Framework Agreement. There is no obligation for the contracting authority to purchase and no turnover guarantee is given on the basis of the estimate of the financial size. At the moment that capacity is required, concrete assignments will be placed with the party with whom the Framework Agreement has been concluded.
