This works operation is divided into 4 lots defined below treated by consultations and separate markets, namely:

- lot 1: earthworks, temporary roads, sewerage EU / EP / AEP sectors B5, B3,

- lot 2: flexible networks and public lighting sectors B5, B3, Champs Blancs,

- lot 3: final improvements public spaces (roads, sidewalks ...) B5, B3 and sanitation, roads avenue Champs Blancs,

- lot 4: green areas and plantations sectors B5, B3 avenue Champs Blancs.
