The purpose of this consultation is to provide Cloud Infrastructure Services: IAAS Hosting and Archiving Backups for Batch 1, and the provision, implementation and maintenance of a SAAS VPN solution for Batch 2.

For each batch, a breakdown into slices defined as follows:

— firm tranche: initial implementation, supply, maintenance in operational conditions of the target solution and overall market steering;

— Conditional slice: Reversibility phase.

This contract is a mixed market treated at lump sum and unit prices with no minimum amount or maximum amount for each lot within the meaning of Articles R. 2162-4-3 o, R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the public order code.

The offer presented by the candidate must relate to all the market services.
