The acquisition is subject to the acquisition as a total service (SaaS) of a digital learning platform that enables the production and publication of digital learning materials. Basic features of the platform include access to text and media content, learning analytics, and diverse task types. The acquisition includes implementation of the learning platform with prep software, configuration, deployment of GUI graphical elements, user training, maintenance of the learning platform, and further development. The learning platform should be integrable with the online shopping solution.

Sale and distribution solution will be individually competitive.

The Board of Education (OPH) develops education, early childhood education and continuous learning, and promotes internationalism. OPH Learning Materials is OPH's learning material publishing house that complements the range of commercial publishing houses and publisses learning materials for small focus groups. The current range includes more than 400 learning materials in areas such as languages and viewing subjects, small professional fields, special education and immigrant education. Learning materials are available in both Finnish and Swedish from early childhood education to adult education.

The learning platform should be integrable into a competitive online shopping solution later.

The basic features of the learning platform offered include that text and media content, as well as a variety of task types, can be used in the learning materials that can be produced. The learning platform provides analytics for the use of the learner, teacher, and OFH. The platform interface languages are Finnish and Swedish.

The acquisition will be carried out through a transparent process and an indefinite agreement with the selected supplier is entered into.
