The subject of the tender is to supply the client with cleanroom clothing and cleanroom furniture as rental linen.
With the award of the surcharge, the contractor undertakes to provide the client with clean, hygienically sound, low-germ or sterile packaging and defect-free cleanroom clothing and cleanroom mops in accordance with the contractual regulations during the entire contract period, and guarantees the client maximum security of supply. The contractor also guarantees compliance with the required/contractually stipulated and legally prescribed hygiene and quality standards with regard to the provision of services over the entire contract period.

The contractor also guarantees compliance with the required/contractually stipulated and legally prescribed hygiene and quality standards with regard to the provision of services over the entire contract period.
The requirements for cleanroom clothing, cleanroom furniture and other services are listed in the notes on the allocation procedure and service description for the award procedure, including systems.
The supply of the client includes or the services to be provided include:
- the delivery and collection points of the customer specified in section 3.7 “Delivery and collection” of the instructions on the award procedure and service description for the award procedure, are supplied in accordance with the requirements (i.e. the on time and in accordance with the specified/demanded quantities/requirements) with clean, hygienic faultless cleanroom garments and cleanroom mops, which are packaged in a low-germ or sterile manner according to their intended use (cf. installations 1.1-1.4) in continuous exchange on a weekly basis,
- the provision for paid use (rent)
- the delivery and collection of cleanroom clothing and cleanroom furniture to or from the customer's delivery/collection points specified in section 3.7 “Delivery and collection” of the instructions for the allocation procedure and service description for the procurement procedure in suitable collection/transport containers provided by the contractor
- Check/check cleanroom clothing and cleanroom furniture for errors or defects
- repair of cleanroom clothing and cleanroom mops
- the hygienically perfect, professional reprocessing of cleanroom clothing and cleanroom furniture (washing, cleaning, decontaminating, disinfecting, sterilizing if necessary, etc.) in compliance with the defined cleanliness class as well as the required/contractually stipulated hygiene and quality standards,
- Fold and pack cleanroom clothing and cleanroom furniture in compliance with the defined cleanliness class as well as the required/contractually stipulated and legally prescribed hygiene and quality standards
- textile investment (initial and subsequent investments).
The performance must be provided in accordance with the instructions on the award procedure and service description for the award procedure, including attachments. The General Terms and Conditions of Carl Gustav Carus Dresden University Hospital at TU Dresden, the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions for the Execution of Services (“VOL/B”, as amended on August 5, 2003), which are regulated by the Additional Terms and Conditions for Delivery and Delivery and Service contracts from the University Hospital Carl Gustav Carus Dresden at TU Dresden are supplemented or specified, as well as the regulations of the Civil Code in the version valid at the time of award.
