Description:
Supply and delivery of food products - relaunch of lots n ° 3 fresh cold meats, n ° 6 frozen meat, fish and seafood, n ° 8 frozen processed products and n ° 9 fresh pastry

The object of this framework agreement is the supply and delivery of food products intended for the preparation of meals by the municipal catering (central kitchen) for schools, leisure centers and other recipients (bringing meals home, restaurant for the 3 e age, festivals and ceremonies ...), nurseries and multi-reception in the city (kitchen on site). Only lots 3, 6 and 8 declared unresolved during the first consultation and lot 9, unsuccessful, are the subject of this procedure. The procurement procedure used is: the open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1º and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public order code. Each lot will be the subject of a separate market in the form of a framework agreement with a minimum and a maximum concluded in application of articles L. 2125-1 1º, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162 -13 and R. 2162-14 of the public order code. It will give rise to the issuance of order forms.

Lot nº 3: fresh cold meats

Lot 3 is for the supply and delivery of fresh cold meats. It will be the subject of a separate contract in the form of a framework agreement with minimum and maximum concluded in application of articles L. 2125-1 1º, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162- 13 and R. 2162-14 of the public order code. It will give rise to the issuance of order forms as and when required. The framework agreement will be awarded to a single economic operator. The minimum and maximum amounts of orders for the initial period of the contract are defined as follows: minimum (HT): 5,000 EUR, maximum (HT): 30,000 EUR. The amounts will be the same for each renewal period.

Lot nº 6: frozen meat, fish and seafood

Lot 6 is for the supply and delivery of frozen meat, fish and seafood. It will be the subject of a separate contract in the form of a framework agreement with minimum and maximum concluded in application of articles L. 2125-1 1º, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162- 13 and R. 2162-14 of the public order code. It will give rise to the issuance of order forms as and when required. The framework agreement will be awarded to a single economic operator. The minimum and maximum amounts of orders for the initial period of the contract are defined as follows: minimum (HT): EUR 20,000, maximum (HT): EUR 100,000. The amounts will be the same for each renewal period.

Lot nº 8: frozen processed products

Lot 8 is for the supply and delivery of frozen processed products. It will be the subject of a separate contract in the form of a framework agreement with minimum and maximum concluded in application of articles L. 2125-1 1º, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162- 13 and R. 2162-14 of the public order code. It will give rise to the issuance of order forms as and when required. The framework agreement will be awarded to a single economic operator. The minimum and maximum amounts of orders for the initial period of the contract are defined as follows: minimum (HT): 10,000 EUR, maximum (HT): 45,000 EUR. The amounts will be the same for each renewal period.

Lot nº 9: fresh pastry

Lot 9 is for the supply and delivery of fresh pastry. It will be the subject of a separate contract in the form of a framework agreement with minimum and maximum concluded in application of articles L. 2125-1 1º, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162- 13 and R. 2162-14 of the public order code. It will give rise to the issuance of order forms as and when required. The framework agreement will be awarded to a single economic operator. The minimum and maximum amounts of orders for the initial period of the contract are defined as follows: minimum (HT): 1,000 EUR, maximum (HT): 15,000 EUR. The amounts will be the same for each renewal period.
