Mobile phones, subscriptions and switchboards

The Swedish Higher Education Authority (UKÄ) is asking for a solution with switchboard, mobile subscriptions and mobile phones managed by an external supplier.

Authorized clients within UKÄ must be able to order and cancel already ordered and use mobile phones. Ordered mobile phones should be delivered ready for use. The supplier shall be responsible for ensuring that the delivery and re-taking of mobile phones takes place in a smooth manner.

UKÄ currently has about 120 users of mobile phones.
