conclusion of an IT services contract for a single application, the XRP Ultimate integrated management software package of the publisher CEGID, and having as its main object the execution: - third-party application maintenance (Tma) corrective services, not covered by the publisher in its maintenance contract to which the contracting authority already subscribes, (designated by "Tma-1"), - or services contributing to improve / develop the application (designated by " Evolutions ": * either through "small" evolutions, * or significantly through "projects". The contract also includes the reversibility of the services, aimed at guaranteeing continuity of service, by ensuring the transmission of knowledge to a buyer and / or to the internal teams of the contracting authority.
