Collection and further management of waste, mix film code 15 01 02 from the Municipal Installation in Wola Pawłowska

1. The subject of the contract is: Successive collection and further management of waste, "mix" film (waste code 15 01 02) from the Municipal Installation in Wola Pawłowska – hereinafter waste/s. The offered method of waste management must comply with the applicable legal provisions and recovery processes specified in Annex 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 779. died.).

1.1. The estimated amount of waste that will be transferred to the Contractor during the term of the contract will be no more than 3600 Mg (subject to the possibility of transferring a smaller amount during the term of the contract, but not less than 1 800 Mg).

1.2. The Ordering Party reserves the right to transfer a smaller amount of waste during the term of the contract, and the Contractor will not make any claims in this respect.

1.3. Waste destined for further management is generated on a sorting line where unsegregated municipal waste (code 20 03 01) and raw material waste (from groups 15 and 20) are sorted. The waste is baled on a press in the form of cubes measuring 80x100x150 cm, permanently bound with a wire with a thickness of 3.2 mm. The average volumetric density of the waste is 480 kg / m3.

1.4. Collection of waste film "mix" will take place from Monday to Friday in the amount specified in the unit order sent by e-mail (or fax) or by phone to the Contractor's representative. Weighing of waste collected by the Contractor will take place on the legalized weight of the Ordering Party.

1.5 The Contractor shall each time confirm the amount of waste collected for management on the Waste Transfer Cards issued by the Ordering Party in the BDO system.

1.6 The Ordering Party undertakes that:

a) in a permanent and organized manner will enable the Contractor to take over the waste,

b) will pay the remuneration due to the Contractor for the takeover of waste on the terms set out in the Agreement.

1.7 Contractor:

a) undertakes to accept waste from the Ordering Party in a permanent and organized manner, observing the provisions of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779, as amended)) – hereinafter referred to as the Waste Act,

b) takes over the obligations arising from the takeover of waste reserved m.in in the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779, as amended) and other legal acts,

c) assumes responsibility for activities related to waste in accordance m.in. the Waste Act and other legal acts from the moment of taking over the waste from the Ordering Party, in particular the Contractor undertakes to repair any possible damage caused from that moment.

d) Will carry out the recovery or processing of waste collected from the Ordering Party, through appropriate treatment of this waste through the installation or transfer of waste for final recovery or disposal.

1.8. The takeover of waste takes place after the completion of the loading of waste by the Ordering Party to the means of transport substituted for the collection of waste by the Contractor.

1.9. Waste submitted for management will be transported by the Contractor at his expense.

1.10 The detailed scope of the Contractor's rights and obligations is regulated by the draft contract (Annex 6 to the SWZ).
