Statens innkjøpssenter intends to enter into a framework agreement with 3 tenderers, (parallel framework agreement), which will give cost efficient solutions for the procurement of mobile telephones and tablets, with the accompanying equipment and services. The Contract shall give good and future-oriented products and solutions that comply with the user requirements in the governmental sector.

The Contract includes numerous governmental activities.

The aim of the procurement is to enter into and manage a governmental framework agreement, hereafter called the Joint Contract, which meets the Governmental Entities´ need for mobile telephones and tablets, with the accompanying equipment and services. See annex 1 for further details on the products.

We would like the Contract to be flexible for future changes in technology and needs at the contracting authority.
