The COST Association's move to its new premises is planned for the end of the first half of 2020 (this date is likely to fluctuate depending on the progress of work on the premises).
These premises must be the subject of interior cleaning services which the contracting authority wishes to have low environmental impact.
The market therefore consists of the supply of interior cleaning services with low environmental impact including:
- regular professional interior cleaning services carried out, respecting the environment, of premises accessible to staff members and visitors to the COST Association;
- waste management, including the provision of sorting bins;
- an additional cleaning service on busy days;
- the supply and installation of consumables and accessories for sanitary and kitchen;
- cleaning of tablecloths;
- cleaning of the 165 interior windows (W: 1.50 m; H: 2.30 m) which can be reached without the use of specialized machines or equipment.
The details of the contracting authority's expectations can be found in part IV of the special specifications. The same goes for the description of the premises.
