- who work together with us as brand owners and clients. Our common success is based on close cooperation.

- who is at the forefront when it comes to MarTech, media buying for digital channels and experience of organically working in a mix of digital channels.

- who, together with VS, VS other partners and VS relevant suppliers, carry out Assignments with teams using:

- Strategic competence

- Marknadskunskap

- Medieplaneringserfarenhet

- Analytical skills

- International activation competence

- with a holistic mindset, everything is included while the partner can make relevant recommendations for what is best for Sweden's tourism industry when needed.

An agreement is signed with one (1) supplier for the performance of the assignment.

A framework agreement is signed with a supplier comprising a contract period of two (2) years with the possibility of extension of 24 months with a maximum contract period of four (4) years.

The ceiling volume for the entire contract period amounts to SEK 250 million. Visit Sweden does not guarantee any volumes.

The procurement will be carried out according to the Open procedure and will be evaluated according to the best price-quality ratio according to a value-added model.  Visit Sweden applies limited control in this procurement. This means that the verification of the requirements is limited to the supplier to which the contract is to be awarded. The company will first evaluate the bids and then examine whether the supplier that after evaluation is judged to be the winning bidder if it is suitable, that is, should not be excluded and meets the qualification requirements.

Visit Sweden conducts operations in accordance with the assignment assigned to Visit Sweden by the Swedish state through the Ministry of Enterprise and Innovation. Visit Sweden will contribute to Sweden having a high attractiveness abroad as a tourist country and having a long-term competitive tourism industry, which contributes to sustainable growth and increased employment in all parts of the country. Visit Sweden is 100% owned by the Swedish state and financed through state funds. Thus, it is of the utmost importance and in Visit Sweden's interest that all partners and suppliers are aware that Visit Sweden's funds are used with thoughtfulness and the greatest citizen benefit in mind.
