The project management assignments described in this contract are in accordance with the provisions laid down by Law No 85-704 of 12.7.1985 (Official Journal of 13.7.1985) relating to the public contracting authority and its relations with the private project management. They include the following elements: ESQ / AVP / PRO / ACT Assistance provided for the awarding of works contracts / visa examination of the conformity to the project and visa of the studies of execution made by the holder (s) of the contracts of works / DET Directorate of Execution / AOR Assistance for the acceptance of work operations and during the guarantee period of perfect completion, as well as the obligations relating to the coordination of fire safety systems. In this capacity, the project manager acts as SSI coordinator. They also include any complementary element referred to in the program and its Annex No. 1.
