The purpose of this tender is to conclude a framework agreement between one (1) Contractor and Dar (hereinafter “Client”) regarding the implementation of the fight against Japanese knotweed in the municipality of Nijmegen, including the disposal of the released waste.

The framework agreement has a term of one (1) year with the option to extend three (3) times one (1) year. The effective date of the contract is 24.05.2022.

Extension will only take place when the work has been carried out to the satisfaction of the client. Satisfaction means carrying out the work in accordance with the set requirements and wishes as described in the procurement guidance.

The Client wishes to contract a supplier who is proactive and is able to be a sparring partner in innovative works for the Department of Integral Management Public Space (IBOR). The estimated fictitious quantity of the tender is for mowing and disposal +/- 12,000 m2 and for seven +/- 1,500 m2. No rights can be derived from this estimated fictitious amount.
