1. The subject of the proceedings is "Purchase of a computer tomograph for Szpital Murcki sp. z o.o." specified in detail in Annex 2 to the SWZ – description of the subject of the contract.

The subject of the proceedings is "Purchase of a computer tomograph for Szpital Murcki sp. z o.o." specified in detail in Annex 2 to the SWZ – description of the subject of the contract.

The subject of the contract includes one indivisible subject of the contract, for which the Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submitting partial bids. The offer should be full and should meet the detailed requirements specified in the description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ, as well as the requirements contained in the SWZ.

The device must be brand new, manufactured in 2023, unused, not subject to exhibitions, scientific research, development works, research services, not being a post-demonstration and reconditioned subject, previously not used for any purpose by another entity, admitted to the market and use in the Republic of Poland in accordance with applicable law (declaration of conformity for the entire device). And complete, ready to use after installation without the need to make supplementary purchases, with a user manual in Polish (delivered with delivery).

The subject and conditions of this order should be in accordance with the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices and Regulation (EU) 2017/745 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 April 2017 on medical devices or Regulation (EU) 2017/746 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 April 2017 on in vitro diagnostic medical devices (if applicable) and other applicable legal provisions in this respect, provided that the item offered is a medical device. The subject of the contract should have all certificates and approvals required by law.
