NOKUT wants tenders for an IT operational services agreement for professional and secure operation of NOKUT's IT systems. NOKUT has a self-developed case processing system called eSam. NOKUT also uses a number of analysis tools in the execution of their assignments. As part of the public sector, NOKUT has access to a number of framework agreements. A framework agreement on IT licenses is particularly interesting in IT scope. Further details are given in the requirement specifications.
