Graduation Gown hire or purchase, for example, gown hire, gown purchase, gown maintenance, Laundry service, repair, recycle (end of life for gown). Video recording, live streaming, relay, download and storage services and also include memorabilia and all aspect of CRM ticketing service.

Lot 2.

Graduation Photography and Media services including but not limited to:

All graduation photography prints and electronic media, photographic presentation options including but not limited to frames, video recording, streaming, digital media, replay, download and storage service and any and all associated memorabilia options.

Lot 3.

One Stop Shop inclusive of all of the above and including end-to-end graduation services events management. This lot also includes the provision of additional memorabilia and all aspects of CRM ticketing services for graduation services.

Falmouth Exeter Plus (incorporating Falmouth University and the University of Exeter), requires the provision of annual graduation services to accommodate approximately two thousand five hundred eligible students. This figure includes 1500 BA students, and a further 700 MA students, and a small number of PhD students and Honorary Fellows each year.
