The purpose of this consultation is for the incumbent, on behalf of the City and the CCAS of Saint Genis Laval, to operate the heating, domestic hot water (DHW), water treatment and air conditioning systems. ventilation of buildings.

The consultation foresees the simultaneous realization of 4 objectives:

- the maintenance of premises under defined comfort conditions, including the maintenance, driving, maintenance in good working order of equipment necessary for the operation of heating systems, domestic hot water (DHW), water treatment, air conditioning and ventilation,

- supply of fuel, energy and DHW,

- compliance with the consumption targets indicated in the DPGF,

- the monitoring of water treatment (heating, DHW, softeners ...).
