The subject of the order is the preparation and implementation of an information and promotion campaign entitled: "Information and promotion campaign of the Clean Air Program - Healthy choice, your choice!". A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 1 to the ToR.
The Contracting Authority will apply the procedure set out in Article 24aa. 1 of the Public Procurement Law.
Value of the order: basic order PLN 635,000.00 net plus similar order PLN 317,500.00 net, total value estimated at PLN 952,500.00 net

Contractor within 3 days from the date of posting on the Shopping Platform https://mos.ezamawiajacy.pl information, referred to in Article. 86 par. 5 of the Public Procurement Law, is obliged to provide the Employer with a declaration of belonging or non-affiliation to the same capital group as referred to in art. 24 sec. 1 item 23. Along with the submission of the statement, the contractor may provide evidence that links with another contractor do not lead to distortion of competition in the procurement procedure. The model statement is an attachment to the ToR.
The communication between the ordering party and the contractors takes place in Polish via the purchasing platform at https://mos.ezamawiajacy.pl
The contracting authority provides for the award of the contract referred to in Article 67 sec. 1 point 6) of the Public Procurement Law up to 50% of the value of the basic contract. The subject of the contract will be the preparation of content on the website www.kampaniaczestepowietrze.pl and its moderation; preparation of at least 2 entries per week on the Employer's profile on Facebook; organizing a minimum of 2 competitions with prizes to be posted on the Employer's profile on Facebook; conducting an online reach campaign and conducting a SEM campaign.
The amount of indicators required for the implementation of a similar order will be determined with the Contractor based on the indicators obtained from the basic contract.
The order will be a repetition of the services specified in the basic order and will be carried out on the terms specified for the basic order.
