The listed ward building "Haus Monika" at the site of the St. Hedwig Hospital in Berlin Mitte is being extensively rebuilt and renovated in several sections. The work will be carried out on all floors (basement to 4th floor) of the existing building on an area of 6,600 m² GFA.

The existing elevator must be completely dismantled and disposed of properly. A new passenger lift, a through-loader as a rope lift, is to be delivered and installed in its entirety.
