Public passenger services by electric buses in Utena city

The supplier would provide public passenger services in utena city, which include passenger transport on 4 environmentally friendly, electric buses provided by the Contracting Authority. The minimum mileage (in kilometers) on all Buses during the entire period of the Service without zero mileage is 700,000 km. Total mileage can increase by no more than 15 (fifteen) percent. The Contracting Authority may change the mileage without taking into account the limit of 15 (fifteen) % due to the following circumstances beyond the control of the Contracting Authority:

1. there are mandatory and unforeseen actions of state administrations, which make it impossible to fulfill the obligation and which the parties did not have the right to challenge;

2. the decrease in the number of kilometers traveled is due to restrictions imposed by decisions made by state authorities;

3. in other circumstances not provided for in the contract, but affecting the decline in the number of kilometres travelled
