1. The subject of the contract is the provision of air connection booking services and the sale of air tickets for passenger transport on domestic and foreign routes for the needs of the Institute of Physics of the Polish Academy of Sciences together with their delivery.

The subject of the contract is the provision of air connection booking services and the sale of air tickets for passenger transport on domestic and foreign routes for the needs of the Institute of Physics of the Polish Academy of Sciences together with their delivery to the Ordering Party. Reservations and purchase of tickets will be carried out depending on the actual needs of the Ordering Party. The Contracting Authority will conclude a contract for the maximum value of the contract, i.e. the amount allocated for its implementation. During the execution of the subject of the contract, the transaction fee offered by the Contractor in the offer form will apply.

3. The Contractor undertakes to carry out the subject of the contract successively on the basis of individual orders placed by the Ordering Party throughout the duration of the contract.
4. The Ordering Party reserves the right to limit the number of ordered tickets in the event of a limitation of the number of trips, but the minimum number of all tickets will not be less than 100. In such a case, the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims in this respect against the Ordering Party.
5. The Ordering Party does not provide for the Contractor to carry out a local inspection or check by the Contractor the documents necessary for the performance of the contract available on the spot at the Ordering Party.
6. The Ordering Party does not reserve the obligation of the Contractor to perform key tasks personally.
7. Pursuant to Article 95 of the Labour Code, the Contracting Authority requires employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 132), taking into account the minimum remuneration for work determined on the basis of the Act of 10 October 2002 on the minimum wage for work (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 2207) and implementing acts issued to this Act, persons performing the following activities in the field of order execution: direct handling of the Ordering Party's orders, including: searching for connections, booking and purchase of air tickets, handling complaint procedures, telephone line service.
8. The method of documenting the employment of the above-mentioned persons, the Ordering Party's rights to control the Contractor's compliance with the requirements referred to in Article 95 of the uPzp and sanctions for non-compliance with these requirements are specified in Annex 8 to the SWZ (draft contract).
9. The subject of the contract shall be co-financed:
- from the European Regional Development Fund under the Smart Growth Operational Programme, Axis IV: Increasing the scientific and research potential, Measure 4.3. International Research Agendas as part of the project of the International Centre for Coupling Magnetism and Superconductivity with Topological Matter, in the program of the Foundation for Polish Science. Grant in the International Research Agendas programme (call No. 2/2015) project no. MAB/2017/1;
- w ramach projektu NATO SPS pt. Determination of Exposed Dose and radioactive Source Identity in Radiological Emergency;
- as part of a project co-financed by the Ministry of Education and Science, from the "Incubator of Innovation 4.0" program, implemented from European funds under the Smart Growth Operational Programme 2014-2020;
- by the National Centre for Research and Development as part of ongoing projects;
- by the National Science Centre as part of ongoing projects.
10. The order will be executed successively on the basis of partial orders of the Ordering Party, for a period of 48 months from the date of conclusion of the contract or until the date of exhaustion of the amount allocated for its implementation, depending on which of these events occurs first.
