The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in particular in: maintaining in constant cleanliness of municipal roads, internal roads, squares, squares and other public areas adjacent to public roads as well as forest areas located in the city of Łeba. In addition, the subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the comprehensive performance of services as part of the winter maintenance of municipal and internal roads managed by the Mayor of the City of Łeba, consisting in: snow removal and removal of ice from all streets and sidewalks along the entire width.
In terms of summer maintenance Cleaning roadways Sweeping all roadways including parking bays and squares. Clearing the roadway means thoroughly harvesting and sweeping from occurring impurities (e.g., sand, leaves, inflorescences) until they are completely removed. Road clearing must take place at such a time in order not to cause traffic difficulties and outside night silence hours (22:00 - 6:00). Clearing the roadway includes stop bays, paved plazas, and parking lots occurring in the road lane. The sweep frequency must be tailored to current needs in order to obtain clean surfaces. Pavement cleansing covers the entire surfaces of all pedestrian strings (pavements made of concrete tiles, polbruku, asphalt mats, and paved dirt paths in the area of skwers and greenery).

Collection and removal of loose impurities from the entire area of the city. Removal of advertisements from trees, street lamps, telecommunications and energy cabinets, walls and fences, One-time washing of the pavement on Rybak Square, Washing and disinfection of street baskets, Installation and disassembly of street baskets, renovation and maintenance of city benches, Manual straightening and permanent setting of overturned street baskets and information boards, Storage of municipal equipment, Dismantling of advertising equipment, Hanging, removing and storing Christmas decorations, putting on, removing and storing light illuminations, Decorating, storing, assembling and dismantling up to 6 pieces of Christmas trees, Cleaning before, during and after special events, Hanging banners, Removing pollution from spilling carried by road users, Removing fallen animals, Removing debris including leaves cleaned from sidewalks by property owners adjacent to a public road, Ongoing maintenance of the municipal cemetery, Ongoing removal of waste from the communal forest area, Double cleaning of the entire municipal forest area, Removal of wild landfills, Maintenance of playgrounds, Ongoing maintenance of cleanliness in the place of the fountain and cleaning of stones with the imprints of presidents, Cleaning of the water table on the Swan Pond, 10 times hanging and removing about 400 flags, Keeping clean the areas adjacent to the set containers for publicly available selective waste collection in the City.
