The purpose of this call for tender is to identify a single tenderer, with extensive and proven experience able to provide travel risk management services to fulfil the duty of care and guarantee the safety and security of European Union Institutions’ staff, once missions, travels and events will resume.

Agencies require the successful tenderers to support them in developing and implementing best practices in building a sound travel risk management and crisis communications plan, while staff are on missions/business travels.

The objective of the tender is to ensure that staff are provided with a comprehensive service, at best industry standards, to ensure their safety while travelling for and on behalf of the Agencies business and to ensure that the Agencies are fully compliant with all statutory duty of care obligations.
