Design and construction of two buildings and the lighting of the La Grolle rest area, Touvérac commune (16), built as part of the 2x2 lane operation of the RN 10 between Reignac and Chevanceaux. In accordance with the principles of the development of the area and enhancement of the territory are provided: a sanitary building (including its sanitation system), a technical building for land transport controls, outdoor lighting and street furniture (benches-tables). The essential tasks to be performed by the incumbent are: sketch studies (ESQ), pre-project and project studies (AVP and Pro), assistance to the MOA for procurement (ACT) , the visa for the execution studies (VISA), the direction of works (DET), the assistance provided to the MOA during the reception operations and during the guarantee of perfect completion (AOR), the mission of Scheduling, piloting and coordination (OPC) of this work.
