Notting Hill Housing are looking for both experienced and GasSafe registered Service Providers to undertake routine Gas Servicing and repairs to their Communal Heating Plant and Distribution Systems. The contract will be for an initial 5 year term, split into 2x lots (East and West) and is to consist of a total of 91x communal sites. 57x East and 34x West. Service providers are expected to be GasSafe registered and can demonstrate suitable level of experience in this field and are to provided to undertake routine servicing and maintenance to their communal assets. The service provider are also required to provide valid certification and ongoing provision for 24 hour call-out to both general needs and leaseholder properties.

The West Lot assist consist of 34x sites located in and around the London boroughs of Hammersmith, Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea.

Notting Hill Housing are looking for ongoing servicing and routine maintenance of these heating assets to these sites.

The East Lot assets consist of 57x sites located in and around the London boroughs of Barnet, Enfield, Southwark and Croydon. Notting Hill Housing are looking for ongoing Servicing and Routine Maintenance of the Heating Assets to these sites.
