The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation for the construction of a new route of the provincial road No. 794 on the section from the Northern Bypass of Krakow (Zielonki Junction) to the newly designed intersection with Krakowskie Przedmieście Street in the city of Krakowskie Przedmieście in the city of Krakow. Trojanowice (current course of DW 794) as the second stage of the bypass of the city of Trojanowice. Zielonki – divided into the basic scope of the contract and the optional scope of the contract.

1) Basic scope of the contract: The subject of the contract is the development of construction and executive designs along with obtaining all required and necessary opinions, arrangements and decisions, including an administrative decision enabling the implementation of the investment involving the construction of a new route of the voivodeship road No. 794 (ZRID decision). This constitutes the basic scope of the contract.

2) Optional scope of the order: In addition to the scope of the basic contract indicated in point 1, the Contracting Authority provides, at the same time, under the reserved option right, the authorial supervision of robots carried out on the basis of design documentation developed within the scope of the basic order. This is the optional scope of the order.

Detailed specification of the item of the order shall include the Description of the item of the order (OPZ) constituting SWZ 1.
