The city of Rheinbach intends to award the building cleaning for its properties by tender in an open procedure in 2 lots for the period from 1.1.2020 to 31.12.2023 with the option of renewal to competent and efficient companies.

Maintenance and basic cleaning work in 59 properties with an annual cleaning area in the maintenance cleaning of approx. 5 457 000 m 2 and an annual basic cleaning area of approx. 54 400 m 2 as well as on-call services in 4 representative districts with a cleaning area of approx. 1 560 m 2 ,

Glass and frame cleaning in 56 properties with an annual cleaning area of approx. 25,500 m 2 as well as on-call services in 4 representative districts with a glass surface of approx. 80 m 2 ,
