Framework agreement for general project management and associated servicesThis framework agreement at mixed prices comprising a global and flat-rate part and a part with purchase orders is intended to entrust a general contractor with basic and complementary missions, as well as additional study and assistance missions in the context of the implementation of phase 1 of the Chronovélo network.

The missions will take place on the perimeter of phase 1, entrusted to the agent, which represents 60 to 80 km of road line spread over the entire Community territory as well as certain neighbouring municipalities.The framework agreement covers the following missions: 1- Basic missions of general project management: Pre-project studies (Infrastructure, cycling facilities, urban development, civil engineering, public lighting, green spaces and plantations, preparatory works, demolitions, street furniture), Project studies (Pro), consultation of companies and works until the reception of the developed sections, as well as additional missions detailed at the Cctp;2-Additional missions of studies and assistance giving rise to the issuance of purchase orders.the framework agreement is subject to Book IV, 2nd part of the Public Order Code and Annex III (elements of project management mission for new construction operations or rehabilitation of infrastructure works) as well as Annex III of the decree of 22 March 2019
