The IT University of Copenhagen has leased additional premises in the DR building, which is offered through M2konsulenten ApS. The task of cleaning is approx. 7,500 m2 of cleaning area, of which a 1/4 is not rented at the start of the contract, which is why this is an option. The premises are primarily used for administration as well as common rooms.

In addition to the cleaning service, there will be a number of services. One option will be polishing on internal glass.

If the applicant wants to apply for funding through another company, ESPD must be prepared for both companies. For consortium formation, ESPD must be prepared on each consortium participant.
