Extent
The customer intends to procure Leasing for financing of passenger cars and light trucks, see section 1.3 Requirements specification. Kalmar Municipality invites interested suppliers to submit tenders for the procurement of framework agreements regarding Financing of vehicles in accordance with the requirements and conditions set out in this procurement document.
An agreement is intended to be signed with the supplier that has submitted the most economically advantageous offer based on the lowest price, through a quoted margin against Stibor Fix 3M actual/360.
The scope of the assignment in detail is shown in the procurement documentation in its entirety.
Damages
The supplier shall indemnify the purchaser for any damage or deficiency caused to the purchaser due to the supplier's breach of contract.
Damages do not include compensation for indirect losses, unless the seller is guilty of gross negligence. The damages can amount to a maximum of 20% of the total value of the agreement.
This restriction does not include price reductions and periodic penalty payments.
