The subject of the contract is the performance of a comprehensive training service in the field of courses for drone operators with VLOS license and thermal imaging. The minimum number of course participants is 500 and the maximum is 533. The courses will be carried out in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship. The courses will be carried out as part of extracurricular forms of continuing education aimed at acquiring, improving, supplementing knowledge, skills, competences or qualifications (a course enabling obtaining and supplementing knowledge, skills and professional qualifications), in accordance with the Act of 14 December 2016. Education Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1082, późn.zm) and the Regulation of the Minister of National Education of 19 March 2019 on continuing education in non-school forms (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 652). Recruitment for courses will be continuous.

2. Recruitment for courses will be continuous. The number of participants will depend on the interest of the people to whom the Project is addressed. The Ordering Party does not guarantee the achievement of the indicated maximum number of participants.

3. When performing the contract, the Contractor or subcontractor is obliged to employ, on the basis of an employment relationship, in accordance with Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26.06.1974 Labor Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 108, as amended), a person in the position of course supervisor, who, as part of the established employment relationship, will perform m.in following activities: organization of courses, including the development of course schedules, supervision over the implementation of courses, contact with the Ordering Party. The obligation to employ on the basis of an employment relationship does not apply to the situation of independent performance of the indicated activities by the Contractor who is a natural person.

4. The contracting authority shall not specify additional requirements related to the employment of persons referred to in Article 96(2)(2) of the PPL.
