- The framework agreement covers, inter alia:
- BI solution, services
- Monitor automated business processes and processes
- SQL server drift
- Domain controller drift
- Sharepoint og IIS drift
- Analysis services drift
- Master data services drift
- Machine Learning og AI
- Development of new services on the Azure platform
- New technologies on the Azure platform
- Both resources and jobs are part of Circuit's supply and are thus auxiliary systems for the supply, which means that the solution as a whole is supply critical.
Circuits needs a vendor who can professionally provide operations, maintenance, support, as well as related services on the BI applications run on the Microsoft Azure platform 24/7/365. In addition, the supplier must also provide resources and competencies for the development of bi applications. Circuits reserves the right to itself, or get 3.part to, develop and commission new BI applications, which will subsequently be included in the scope of this contract for operation, maintenance and support.
Therefore, during the contract period, it must be expected that there will be changes in the way Circuit uses BI applications. Among other things, it is expected that a new architecture, new technologies and new services, such as Machine Learning and AI, will be established. It will also mean that all or part of the current solution will have to be integrated with or converted to a new solution. It is expected that the Supplier will be able to participate in the development and subsequent operation, maintenance and support of future changes in BI applications.
Circuit expects the supplier to have a flexible organization which, in addition to providing agreed services in agreed quality and on time, takes pride in showing great proactivity and participation in connection with, among other things, development and optimizations on the solution as a whole.
It is important that the supplier takes ownership of the resulting error conditions, potential fault conditions, ordered changes, development tasks, etc., and that there is a clear communication between the parties in connection with the provision of these services. Good experienced service is a significant success criterion for the process under this contract.
