Subject: Site avenue d'Auderghem 113/117 - Construction of a housing complex, a polyclinic and a public square.
The purpose of the contract is the design, construction and financing of:
- social housing (10% of the number of housing units under agreement);
- contracted housing;
- free housing for the potential surplus beyond 120 housing units (social and contracted);
- a polyclinic;
- green spaces (public and private);
- setback areas and surroundings.
The market includes the promotion of housing that is sold to third-party buyers. The objective is to build about 120 social and contracted housing units.
The plots have a cumulative available area of 6.795m².
The successful bidder is responsible for the design and construction of the entire operation. To do this, an economic operator is asked to draw up a project, to obtain all the necessary authorizations to erect the accepted building(s), to carry out the planned constructions and developments. He will also be responsible for the financing and marketing of the housing under agreement.
The purpose of the dialogue is therefore to appoint a successful tenderer who will be responsible for the construction and, in part, the marketing of the constructions.
