Ventilation installation for renovation measures in a school
Mechanical ventilation of the entire school building is not required and is largely ensured by natural ventilation (window ventilation) in conjunction with CO2 traffic lights.
Ventilation system scope of services:
Decentralized exhaust system — copy room
Decentralized exhaust system — kiln
Scope of performance partial air conditioning systems:
In the 4th floor, the technical room, a central compact device (air conditioning system 01) will be built for the ventilation and extraction of the north-facing toilet areas (EC to 3rd floor). A central compact flat unit (air conditioning system 04) will be built for the toilet core in the EC for ventilation and extraction
Design parameters volumetric flows
The following minimum requirements are set for object-specific exhaust air flow rates in accordance with ASR 371:
- minimum air change per toilet of 30 m3/h,
- minimum air change per object of need 15 m3/h
This results in the following volume flows:
- RLT system 01:2,000 m3/h
- AV system 04:400 m3/h
In principle, constant system temperatures are introduced via supply air in winter. Constant volume flows are planned in the toilet areas during operating hours from 6 am to 6 pm.
Pipe materials, fire penetrations and insulation
Ventilation ducts and pipes made of galvanised sheet steel with the required inspection openings are installed. Wall and ceiling penetrations of qualified components are used corresponding fire dampers according to classification. The thermal insulation is 100% in accordance with the requirements of the EnEV.
