A framework agreement shall be signed for the following trade services:

NEK 400 - Electrical work

Those ordering the agreement will be managers, project managers and operational personnel in the Vågan municipality group, and the ICT work for Lofoten is applicable to the municipalities of Vågan, Vestvågøy, Moskenes, Flakstad, Værøy and Røst.

The framework agreement will be used for ongoing operation and maintenance assignments, as well as new installation work.

The contracting authority will enter into framework agreements for various services and materials under the purchasing arrangement.

The delivered price form will serve as the basis for the electrical products that are offered and must be used by the tenderers who are awarded contracts in each individual category. The winning tenderer must use the price form for electrical products delivered with the tender offer.

Categories

1: Costs in connection with Electrical installation in buildings or similar with electrical materials.

2: ICT, E-com, possibly also access control, break-in alarm, payment solutions, fire alarm and camera surveillance

Under point 2, the tender will apply to the municipalities of Vågan, Vestvågøy, Moskenes, Flakstad, Værøy and Røst (Lofoten ICT).

3: Building automation and switchboards, SD and HVAC control systems and possibly charging stations

4: Road lighting, runway lighting and area lighting parks and facilities

5: Water & Sewage (Norwegian: VA)

- 1) Need-based service for municipal PLC, operating and remote control systems

- 2) Need-based maintenance and service for Vågan municipality's Citect software (SD system)

- 3) Assisting Vågan municipality with the expansion and renewal of existing and new plants within operational monitoring

- The tenderer must have knowledge of and experience with Citect software, and may be required to acquire this knowledge. This must be described in the offer. 6: Electrical Materials for maintenance and repairs performed in-house without having costs associated with the work.

 Tenderers can be qualified for several categories.
