Landscaping work.

Darmstadt, the city of science, own baths, built in Darmstadt, on the Alsfelder Straße 33 property, a new indoor pool with an outdoor pool building and depot, in several construction phases. The indoor pool, which is part of the first construction project, comprises on the ground floor (gross floor area approx. 5 870 m 2nd ) a competition pool, a swimmer pool, an instructional pool, an exercise pool and two paddling pools for children, in addition to the associated changing and staff areas. Part of the changing area on the ground floor will be equipped with a technical floor (gross floor area approx. 850 m 2nd ) built over. In the basement (gross floor area approx. 5 300 m 2nd ) of the indoor pool there are, in addition to the technical zone and the pool surrounds, further staff rooms.

The subject of the tendered services is the provision of landscaping work for the aforementioned project in two construction phases. Reference is also made to the specification of services.
