Ålesund kommunale eigedom KF (ÅKE) shall construct a new multipurpose hall at Osane. Osane multipurpose hall will serve a population of approx. 10,000 people, in both a school and sports context. It will be central sports facility for the Hessa and Aspøy districts, as well as the town centre. There are several sports teams and different sports that can make use of the possibilities use a facility offers. Osane sports centre will be a flexible, area-efficient, functional, and robust sports centre.

The procurement is for a turnkey contract for the construction of Osane sports centre. The project is split into 2 parts, which are detailed in the contest documents. If both part 1 and part 2 are built, the contract work will include the construction of a new building of approx. 6800 m2 gross area including the accompanying outdoor areas as well as roads and open spaces. In addition a service building is to be constructed.
