Description of the contract

The purpose of the procurement is to secure the Prison and Probation Service's need for service and maintenance of existing facilities for television at the authority's premises, delivery of television sets in accordance with the requirements specification, provision and distribution of specified channel selection, technical equipment for TV reception and distribution of TV signals, as well as installation and service to all of the Prison and Probation Service's locations. The same range of channels must apply to all units within the Prison and Probation Service.

The Correctional Service intends to sign a contract with a supplier to be able to supply in-demand TV products and services. The supplier shall be nationwide and have total responsibility for the entire mission during the contract period.
