1. Services of storing vehicles secured by the Police for further litigation in the area subordinate to the KPP in Trzebnica.
2. The conditions to be met by a parking lot intended for storing vehicles and car parts secured by the Police for procedural purposes are described by the Ordering Party in PPU, which constitute Annex 2 to the SWZ.
3. The proceeding was not divided into parts. The contractor is obliged to submit a bid for all the services provided for in the procedure.

Conditions to be met by a parking lot intended for storing vehicles and car parts secured by the Police for procedural purposes.
• Deposits must be stored in a separate part of the car park, which is fenced, illuminated and protected against weather conditions (carport, tarpaulin) including flooding.
• In the part of the car park, designated for storing deposits, there should be only deposits secured for procedural purposes by the Police, which are at the disposal of the Police, the Court, the Public Prosecutor's Office, the Tax Office.
• The area of the car park, where deposits are stored for procedural purposes, should be protected against access by third parties (in a way that prevents entry, i.e. secured by a fence with a minimum height of 1.8 m, with a lockable entrance).
• Making available at all times a minimum of 6 parking spaces and space for parts and components, corresponding to the size of the parking space intended for vehicles with a maximum permissible weight of less than 3,500 kg to its complete filling and one parking space for a vehicle with a maximum permissible weight of over 3,500 kg.
• Having a room protected against unauthorized access
(min. area of 14 m2), in which vehicle parts or other components that have been separated from the vehicle and could be destroyed or lost will be stored.
• Ensuring round-the-clock protection of entrusted property by employees of the company participating in the tender (services will be provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week).
• The Contractor bears civil (material) liability for damage, lack of elements or equipment of vehicles / parts, loss of vehicles or vehicle parts, including equipment during storage in a guarded parking lot from the moment of acceptance of the vehicle until its release.
• The service provider shall insure itself against civil liability in the scope of its business activity, in accordance with the subject of the contract.
4. The Contractor shall indicate only one location of the car park. The contracting authority requires a car park located in the poviat corresponding to the place of service performance, i.e. in the Trzebnica poviat.
