After the surgical departments have moved, the old Surgical Clinic will be available as a storage area for clinics and administrative areas as part of the renovation of the head clinic (INF 400) and, if necessary, for the establishment of a teaching and learning center for the medical degree.
The partly listed old building (1939) is being completely renovated and rebuilt. The INF 110 extension (1970) is being dismantled and replaced by a new building. The INF 106 entrance building will continue to function. The tech. Plants are largely missing.
The following accommodation options should initially be worked out in the preliminary planning with a parallel process and with a reliable, advanced cost calculation:

After completing the preliminary planning, one of the variants is selected for further processing in service phases 3-9. If variant 2 is possible, the costs for HeiCuMed must be shown separately due to separate financing; the structural implementation is anticipated. take place at a later date.
The aim is to convert the building complex into a university and clinic building with high demands on architecture and functionality in a listed context for around 1,500 to 2,000 employees, students and patients.

Architectural services according to Part 3 Section 1 HOAI (building project planning), service phases 2 to 9 according to § 34 HOAI as well as special services of service phases 2 to 9 including coordination of all those involved in the project.
The feasibility study prepared in advance on the basis of a preliminary target space program must be observed as a planning basis. A space requirement assessment is available for the individual uses, which must be observed as the basis for the necessary budgetary approval.
The planning method BIM must be used by all project participants.
The total construction costs amount to EUR 116 million gross. Construction is planned to start in mid-2024.
