The Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust is a large acute 862 bedded Trust consisting of 2 hospitals, Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells. Providing a full range of general hospital services and specialist cancer care. The PFI hospital has been constructed on the exisiting Pembury Hospital site and will provide all inpatients accommodation in single rooms making it the first NHS acute hospital of its kind in the UK.
