Procurement and provision of a UFD for wheel profiling and brake disc processing on rail vehicles in rail transport, including the necessary infrastructure for this purpose, as well as provision of priority capacities in favour of the state of Schleswig-Holstein for the use of UFD services.

The object of the contract is the procurement of a UFD for the purpose of wheel profiling and brake disc processing of rail vehicles by the contractor, its commissioning and the operational provision (availability) of the UFD over a period of 30 years for the state of Schleswig-Holstein. For the provision of services in the UFD, the contractor also provides the country with a priority of capacity of 1500 hours per year at specified conditions.
