Client wants to conclude an agreement for the delivery, implementation, hosting (Saas solution), maintenance and support of a standard financial software package that has a duration of six years with an option for a one-year two-year extension and four times a one-year extension. The client wishes the agreement to enter into force on 1-7-2019 for the implementation of the financial software package. The implementation must be accepted and ready for use by 1/15/2020. From 15-1-2020 the financial software package must be operational and usage rights for the package will be paid.

There is an option on a Purchase module. Client does not yet know when it will deliver this. The contractor must be able to deliver the Purchasing module at the principal's first request.

The initial size is 25 users (concurrent users) and 10 administrations. No rights can be derived from these numbers.
