Heat pump Dradenau - Mach2, Lot 7 - ET MS, NS, Automation

On the site of the Dradenau sewage treatment plant, the construction of a heat pump system consisting of four large heat pumps including ancillary and auxiliary units is planned in a new operating building.

The present tender for Lot 7 covers the supply, installation and commissioning of the following electrical components:

Medium voltage switchgear

- with feed-in field, measuring and grounding field, transformer outgoing fields and

IS limiter including entrainment field.

- An oil-immersed transformer 10/0.4 kV/1600 kVA

- Four motor starters with feed-in field, soft starter and compensation field.

- Installation of cables and cable trays.

Low voltage switchgear

- with low-voltage main distribution, low-voltage sub-distribution,

Off-grid power supplies for emergency lighting (400VAC) for

Auxiliary voltage MV switchgear (60VDC) and control voltage (230VAC)

- Control panels with soft starter and frequency converter

- LV control panels for gate valves and auxiliary units

- Grounding, lightning and surge protection

- Building technology, sockets and lighting

- Installation of cables and cable trays as well as fire protection of

Kabeldurchführungen.

Automation technology

- With two programmable logic controllers and decentralized I/O of the

I/O modules. The connection is made via PROFIBUS with CU and fiber optic cables.

A connection of the protection devices of the medium-voltage system is carried out with the

Protocol IEC61850 realized.

The software development is in accordance with the functional description in coordination with the

control technology and automation technology of the heat pump manufacturer.
