Part 11. The subject of the contract is the successive supply of chemical and laboratory reagents for the laboratories of the University of Silesia, in the assortment, estimated quantity and requirements specified in Appendix No. 4a to the Terms of Reference.
2. The ordered assortment must meet the requirements set out in Appendix 4a to the Terms of Reference. Failure to meet at least one of the requirements set out in Annex 4a to the Terms of Use will result in rejection of the offer.
Part 21. The subject of the contract is the successive supply of primary antibodies for immunohistochemical tests, in the assortment, estimated quantity and requirements specified in Appendix No. 4b to the Terms of Reference.
