The subject of the contract is "All-year cleaning of public roads of the city of Koszalin", consisting of services in the field of: Maintenance of clean roads, pavements, parking lots and communication stops in the summer from May 16 to October 31, consisting of mechanical and manual cleaning of public roads and stops, weeding them, cleaning gratings of street inlets and other cleaning works on request and winter maintenance of streets, pavements, parking lots and communication stops in the period from November 1 to March 31, consisting in maintaining the winter emergency, removing the effects of winter on public roads and stops, and their winter cleaning.

2. The subject of the order is described in detail in chapter "C" (Detailed description of the subject of the contract), "D" (List of streets, pavements, parking lots, stops - Annex No. 1.1-1.25) of the Terms of Reference and Price forms.

3. Pursuant to art. 29 paragraph 3a of the Public Procurement Law, the Employer requires employment on the basis of an employment contract by the Contractor or a subcontractor of persons performing activities falling within the scope of the contract listed in the Detailed description of the subject of the contract involving work performed by physical effort, if the performance of these activities will involve the performance of work in a specific manner in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code.
