In accordance with the documents attached to this invitation to tender, we request your tender for the complete construction of one (1) student residence. In addition to the student housing, the building also includes business premises (restaurant, shop, gym, Turku Student Village Foundation office), a basement with shelter and parking spaces. In addition, the contract includes the demolition of a part of the old office building left as a retaining wall on Inspehtorinkatu.
The contract shall be awarded as a whole by negotiated procedure.
The contractor must submit all of its subcontractors / major purchasers for approval by the developer. After processing the contract offers, the client invites a maximum of four (4) contractors to negotiate, where the contractor will explain how the contract will be executed: schedule, method of implementation, safeguards (Dry Chain10), etc.

This is the total contract for the student housing project Tyyssija of the Turku Student Village Foundation (TYS) by negotiated procedure to the extent specified in the tender documents. The project consists of the construction of one (1) new building, which includes the student housing, the office of the Turku Student Village Foundation, as well as commercial premises and parking (basement). The contract also includes the demolition of the structure on the Inspehtorinkatu side of the support wall.
