The Framework Agreement for Consultants and Advisers for Environmental Assessment (Country) and
The acquisition of rights consists of 4 lots:
Lot 1: Environmental Assessment Consultants (Country)
Lot 2: Advisor for Environmental Assessment (country)
Delaftale 3: Consultants to the Legal Profession
Delaftale 4: Assistenter til Rettighedserhvervelse
Environmental Assessment Consultants (Country)The contracting entity wishes to tender Lot 1 – Consultants for Environmental Assessment (country).
At Lot 1, it must be possible to request consultancy services in the following categories: Chief consultant, senior consultant, consultant and junior consultant.
The sub-agreement must perform tasks within, but not limited to:
• Planning and environmental assessment
•Waivers

Advisor for Environmental Assessment (country)The contracting entity wishes to tender Lot 2 – Consultant for Environmental Assessment (country).
On Lot 2, it must be possible to request consultancy services within
the categories of chief consultant, senior consultant, consultant and junior consultant. Draw on the framework agreement can be both for one advisor and for a team.
The sub-agreement must perform tasks within:
Work package A – Project management/coordination
Work package B – Planning basis and environmental assessment
Arbejdspakke C – Feltundersøgelse
Arbejdspakke D - Miljøtilsyn

Consultants to the Legal ProfessionThe contracting entity wishes to tender Lot 3 – Consultants for the Acquisition of Rights.
On Lot 3, it must be possible to request consultancy services in the following categories: Senior consultant and consultant.
Tasks must be performed within, but not limited to:
• Support function for project managers in connection with construction projects
• Management of contracts in connection with the acquisition of rights
• Sparring in relation to trade union rights issues
• Conclusion of replacement agreements
• Follow-up on landowner agreements at the start and execution of construction projects

Assistenter til RettighedserhvervelseThe contracting entity wishes to tender Lot 4 – Assistants for the Acquisition of Rights.
On Lot 4, it must be possible to request assistant services in the following categories: Senior Assistant and Assistant.
The sub-agreement must perform tasks within, but not limited to:
• Follow-up on land registration
• Erstatningsudbetaling
• Administrative tasks in connection with the purchase and sale of land
• Refusionsopgørelser
• Plan public meetings
• Practical planning of landowner dialogue
• Various administrative ad hoc tasks
